We offer returns on all our items, our returns policy lasts 14 days and after this period we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on a purchase.
We are unable to accept items that are returned with a scent, damaged or without the tag. If your item returns to us like this, we will notify you by email and send the item back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
If you receive a refund the cost of the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been inspected we will email you to notify we have received the item.
Your refund will be processed and the payment will be applied to the original method of payment.
